This initiative is the result of an agreement between the Governorate of Sucre, Alma Matter and EDUCA EDTECH Group, the technology leader in online education, which has reaffirmed its commitment to educational transformation in Colombia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ceremony was attended by important local authorities, such as the governor of Sucre, <strong>Dr. Luci Garc\u00eda Montes<\/strong>and the departmental education secretary, <strong>Dr. Luis Manuel Ortega<\/strong>. The scholarships, which cover between 70% and 80% of the cost of master's and doctoral programmes, will enable professionals to pursue further training in key areas such as education, health and social sciences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Dr. Victor Manuel Cab<\/strong>vice-chancellor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/udavinci.edu.mx\/\">UDAVINCI University<\/a>&nbsp;one of the institutions belonging to the EDUCA EDTECH group, highlighted the importance of this programme: \"Our mission is to respond to the educational needs of the region. We have a 20-year track record and we are prepared to train the leaders of the future in various areas of knowledge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education as a driver of change<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most touching moments of the event was the testimony of <strong>Fidel Rodriguez<\/strong>Rodriguez, one of the scholarship recipients, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to continue his studies. \"This scholarship represents a dream come true and a step towards a better future for me and my community,\" said Rodriguez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Educational future in Sucre<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This joint effort between the local authorities and EDUCA EDTECH Group reflects the strong commitment to the democratisation of education and regional development.
