The educational technology group has reduced its recruitment times by 31% and fills 90% of its leadership roles through internal promotion, thereby consolidating a talent management model tailored to its international expansion.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talent management has become a key factor in business growth, particularly when companies operate in different markets. This is reflected in the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/en\/news\/educa-edtech-group-attends-top-employers-certification-dinner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Top Employers Institute\u2019s recognition of EDUCA EDTECH Group<\/strong><\/a>, selected as <em>Client Impact Story<\/em>, a success story that examines how best practice in human resources has contributed to the company\u2019s business development and internationalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award highlights the development of the educational technology group, headquartered in Granada, which <strong>has seen its turnover grow by almost 300% between 2022 and 2025.<\/strong> During this period, EDUCA EDTECH Group has expanded its international presence and has grown from 100 staff members to a team of <strong>around 900 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This transformation has required us to adapt our recruitment, onboarding and professional development processes to an increasingly diverse organisation, whilst maintaining a shared corporate culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">The 90% leadership positions are filled internally<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the key findings highlighted by the Top Employers Institute is the EDUCA EDTECH Group\u2019s commitment to the professional development of its teams. Currently, <strong>90% of leadership posts are filled through internal promotion<\/strong>, a policy that enables the organisation to capitalise on the expertise of the professionals who are already part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to this figure, 75% of the workforce are on permanent contracts, reflecting a strategy aimed at promoting job security and professional development within the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The improvements also extend to recruitment processes. EDUCA EDTECH Group has managed to <strong>reduce the average time taken to recruit by 31%<\/strong>, falling from 30 to 20.7 days. Furthermore, the satisfaction level amongst those responsible for recruitment stands at around 90%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These findings are particularly significant for an organisation operating in Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and the United States, where the recruitment and retention of professionals must take account of different working and cultural contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Four years of Top Employers certification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EDUCA EDTECH Group <a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/en\/news\/educa-edtech-group-top-employer-spain-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>has been awarded certification by the Top Employers Institute for four consecutive years<\/strong><\/a>, since 2022.
