For a full week, Madrid's Espacio Pablo VI hosted a high-impact academic programme, which combined specialised training through lectures and round tables, with cultural experiences and unique networking opportunities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event brought together leading experts and professionals in nine keynote speeches, three round tables and multiple activities organised by the city. The topics covered ranged from business sustainability to transformational leadership, artificial intelligence, the internationalisation of business and well-being in the workplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ponencias-sim.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ponencias-sim.png 750w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ponencias-sim-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ponencias-sim-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professionals such as Nimrod Puente, Jorge Guill\u00e9n, Francisco Javier Rodr\u00edguez, Rafael Carrasco, Alfonso Basco, Mar\u00eda Teresa Vila, David Mart\u00ednez, Francisco Santos and V\u00edctor Magari\u00f1o, among others, all of them with outstanding careers in key sectors such as innovation, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship and talent development, participated in these talks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"This International Week has been a reflection of the practical, global and transformative training model and of the new educational needs of both companies and new generations,\" said Gonzalo Zapero, one of the heads of CEUPE.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event concluded with a motivational speech by members of the board of the educational institution, such as Francisco Lamamie de Clairac. The <strong>co-founder and business developer of CEUPE<\/strong> spoke of hope, of courage, in a profoundly emotional plea that linked Spain with each of the countries of <strong>Latin America<\/strong> represented at the International Week. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"We are the professionals who will change the economy, business and society. Here we are gathered the souls who will fill Latin America and the whole world with hope,\" Lamamie said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond its training proposal, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/en\/news\/ceupes-international-week-experience\/\">International Week in Madrid<\/a> <\/strong>has become an experiential experience that represents the end of a comprehensive educational experience, which goes beyond the acquisition of knowledge and focuses on the development of key skills for a professional world in constant transformation in which emerging technologies have become key, but soft skills are also increasingly present in the selection processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With initiatives like this, CEUPE reaffirms its commitment to a transformative education, student-centred and connected to the needs of the global market.
