Pendant trois heures, des \u00e9tudiants et des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de la formation professionnelle et de l'universit\u00e9 ont tenu une conf\u00e9rence sur le th\u00e8me de la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise. <strong>plus de 1000 interviews express<\/strong> en format <em>speed dating<\/em> Cette r\u00e9union est ainsi devenue l'un des \u00e9v\u00e9nements les plus importants pour attirer les talents dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organis\u00e9 par la <strong>AI Fondation Grenade pour la recherche et l'innovation<\/strong>\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la <strong>Universit\u00e9 de Grenade<\/strong>les <strong>Fondation PTS Grenade<\/strong>les <strong>Chambre de commerce de Grenade<\/strong> et le <strong>Cercle de technologie<\/strong>L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement fait partie du programme officiel du congr\u00e8s promu par la Commission europ\u00e9enne. <strong>Agence num\u00e9rique d'Andalousie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Groupe EDUCA EDTECH<\/strong> a particip\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des principales entreprises et soci\u00e9t\u00e9s technologiques de la ville, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi son r\u00f4le d'agent cl\u00e9 dans la connexion entre l'Union europ\u00e9enne et l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/fr\/nouvelles\/la-fondation-educa-edtech-presente-son-livre-blanc\/\">formation, technologie et employabilit\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Une rencontre qui rapproche l'\u00e9ducation des besoins r\u00e9els du secteur technologique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de la journ\u00e9e, les participants ont pass\u00e9 des entretiens cons\u00e9cutifs de cinq minutes avec des professionnels des ressources humaines et des responsables techniques des entreprises participantes. Un format agile, direct et efficace qui favorise la d\u00e9couverte de profils \u00e9mergents et l'ajustement entre les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9tudiants et les exigences actuelles du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le volume \u00e9lev\u00e9 de participation confirme une tendance claire : l'alignement croissant entre la formation technique et la demande r\u00e9elle de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me technologique andalou.
