Une communication claire facilite l'apprentissage et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l'adaptation au travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Travail d'\u00e9quipe et adaptation \u00e0 l'environnement<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les stages se d\u00e9roulent rarement de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e.
