{"id":8193,"date":"2025-06-18T12:18:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-18T10:18:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/?p=8193"},"modified":"2025-06-18T12:19:25","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T10:19:25","slug":"le-groupe-educa-edtech-promeut-le-leadership-des-femmes-en-colombie-dans-le-cadre-dune-formation-diplomante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/fr\/noticias\/educa-edtech-group-impulsa-el-liderazgo-femenino-en-colombia-diplomado\/","title":{"rendered":"Le groupe EDUCA EDTECH stimule le leadership f\u00e9minin en Colombie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un dipl\u00f4me sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Le groupe \u00e9ducatif, en collaboration avec la mairie de Jamund\u00ed (Colombie) et des partenaires tels que l'Union europ\u00e9enne, Expertise France et la Coop\u00e9ration espagnole, a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 la cl\u00f4ture de la formation dipl\u00f4mante. <strong>\"\u00c9cole itin\u00e9rante sur la formulation de projets dans une perspective de genre\".<\/strong>visant \u00e0 promouvoir la transformation des territoires par l'\u00e9ducation.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ville de Jamund\u00ed, dans le Valle del Cauca (Colombie), a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'\u00e9picentre de la campagne en faveur de l'\u00e9ducation au genre, avec la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture de l'atelier sur l'\u00e9ducation au genre. <strong>Cours de dipl\u00f4me \"\u00c9cole itin\u00e9rante dans la formulation de projets avec une perspective de genre\".<\/strong>une initiative de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Groupe EDUCA EDTECH<\/a> <\/strong>certifi\u00e9e par le groupe lui-m\u00eame et approuv\u00e9e par le bureau du maire de Jamund\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet engagement permet de consolider les capacit\u00e9s locales et <strong>rendre plus visible le r\u00f4le des femmes en tant que moteur de la transformation sociale.<\/strong> Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiait \u00e9galement du soutien institutionnel de la <strong>H\u00f4tel de ville<\/strong> et l'accompagnement des principaux acteurs nationaux et internationaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement inaugural, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par la mairesse <strong>Paola Castillo<\/strong>, rassembl\u00e9s <strong>\u00e0 plus de trente dirigeants <\/strong>de la municipalit\u00e9. Leur participation active a abouti \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de projets qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des besoins critiques dans leurs communaut\u00e9s : <strong>les jardins communautaires pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire<\/strong>, <strong>syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9nergie solaire dirig\u00e9s par des femmes<\/strong> y <strong>des initiatives qui rendent le travail des soignants visible et qui lui conf\u00e8rent de la dignit\u00e9<\/strong>. Toujours dans une perspective de genre et d'inclusion sociale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Une action de coop\u00e9ration internationale ax\u00e9e sur le genre et l'inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9galement rassembl\u00e9 <strong>Mauricio Jaramillo D\u00edaz<\/strong>Directeur des op\u00e9rations du groupe EDUCA EDTECH, et <strong>Ingrid Tatiana Fuentes<\/strong>directeur des relations institutionnelles en Colombie. Tous deux ont soulign\u00e9 l'importance de renforcer les alliances strat\u00e9giques avec des organisations telles que l'Union europ\u00e9enne, Expertise France, le minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9, la coop\u00e9ration espagnole et le gouvernement du Valle del Cauca.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces liens, la formation dipl\u00f4mante a pu \u00eatre con\u00e7ue sur la base de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/fr\/nouvelles\/le-groupe-educa-edtech-renforce-sa-presence-en-colombie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">normes internationales pour la coop\u00e9ration territoriale et l'adaptation<\/a><\/strong>Le projet est une approche globale au service des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de six modules pr\u00e9sentiels et virtuels, les participants ont approfondi leurs connaissances sur le cycle de la maladie. <strong>projets tenant compte de la dimension de genre<\/strong>Elles ont \u00e9galement eu acc\u00e8s aux outils suivants : diagnostic participatif, formulation d'objectifs sensibles au contexte des femmes, planification d'activit\u00e9s avec des crit\u00e8res inclusifs et \u00e9valuation de l'impact social. En outre, ils ont eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 <strong>ateliers pratiques<\/strong> Le projet les a \u00e9galement aid\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des prototypes de jardins communautaires durables et des syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9nergie solaire autog\u00e9r\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Au sein du groupe EDUCA EDTECH, nous r\u00e9affirmons notre engagement en faveur d'une \u00e9ducation qui transforme les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, promeut le leadership f\u00e9minin et g\u00e9n\u00e8re un impact tangible dans les communaut\u00e9s.
