L'\u00e9ducation doit \u00eatre flexible, personnalis\u00e9e et ax\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats pour accompagner cette transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Les agents d'IA sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 capables de faire le travail de milliers de personnes et de prendre seuls des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques pour les entreprises. C'est \u00e0 nous de les transformer en ennemis ou en alli\u00e9s\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Charlotte Piwinski, responsable de la croissance chez Entropia.ai, lors de sa participation \u00e0 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement \"Leap into the Future : Career Success in the Age of AI\" (Saut dans le futur : r\u00e9ussite professionnelle \u00e0 l'\u00e8re de l'IA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette r\u00e9union, qui s'est tenue \u00e0 la Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par la <a href=\"https:\/\/udavinci.edu.mx\/\">Universit\u00e9 de Vinci (UDAVINCI),<\/a> a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 150 participants en personne et 300 connect\u00e9s en streaming depuis des pays tels que la Colombie, le P\u00e9rou et l'\u00c9quateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le rapport sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2025\/\">l'avenir de l'emploi 2025 du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial<\/a>22% des emplois seront affect\u00e9s par la rupture technologique d'ici 2030, avec la cr\u00e9ation de 170 millions de nouveaux emplois et la disparition de 92 millions d'autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerardo Hern\u00e1ndez, journaliste et TopVoice de LinkedIn sur les questions de talents humains, a mis en garde : \"Les emplois m\u00e9caniques, avec des op\u00e9rations r\u00e9p\u00e9titives qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas d'esprit critique, seront les premiers \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre, mais d'autres seront \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9s, que nous ne pouvons m\u00eame pas imaginer aujourd'hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, dans des contextes tels que celui du Mexique, o\u00f9 les travailleurs sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de faibles salaires et \u00e0 peu de cong\u00e9s, la mise en \u0153uvre d'une culture de l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie constitue un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernando Osnaya, Country Manager du groupe EDUCA EDTECH, a soulign\u00e9 que \"l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur doit comprendre cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 au Mexique et en Am\u00e9rique latine, se transformer et s'adapter en tant que facilitateur afin que les entreprises continuent de cro\u00eetre et que les travailleurs non seulement survivent \u00e0 la perturbation de l'IA, mais aussi en tirent parti pour obtenir de meilleurs emplois et un meilleur bien-\u00eatre\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte, l'\u00e9ducation doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis concrets :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les entreprises ont de plus en plus de mal \u00e0 trouver des talents correspondant \u00e0 leurs besoins, et doivent faire face \u00e0 des co\u00fbts de recrutement et de rotation \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De nombreuses universit\u00e9s mexicaines n'ont pas encore actualis\u00e9 leurs programmes d'\u00e9tudes pour les adapter au march\u00e9, ce qui laisse des milliers de jeunes avec des dipl\u00f4mes peu applicables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations exigent des mod\u00e8les d'apprentissage et de travail plus flexibles, personnalis\u00e9s et
