Per tre ore, studenti e laureati della formazione professionale e dell'universit\u00e0 hanno tenuto un <strong>oltre 1000 interviste express<\/strong> in formato <em>speed dating<\/em> professionale, consolidando questo incontro come uno degli eventi pi\u00f9 importanti per attrarre talenti nella regione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizzato dal <strong>Fondazione AI Granada per la Ricerca e l'Innovazione<\/strong>accanto al <strong>Universit\u00e0 di Granada<\/strong>il <strong>Fondazione PTS Granada<\/strong>il <strong>Camera di Commercio di Grenada<\/strong> e il <strong>Circolo tecnologico<\/strong>L'evento \u00e8 stato inserito nel programma ufficiale del congresso promosso dal <strong>Agenzia digitale dell'Andalusia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gruppo EDUCA EDTECH<\/strong> ha partecipato a fianco delle principali aziende e societ\u00e0 tecnologiche della citt\u00e0, rafforzando il suo ruolo di agente chiave nella connessione tra <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/it\/notizie\/la-fondazione-educa-edtech-presenta-il-suo-whitepaper\/\">formazione, tecnologia e occupabilit\u00e0<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Un incontro che avvicina la formazione alle reali esigenze del settore tecnologico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la giornata, i partecipanti si sono alternati in interviste consecutive di cinque minuti con professionisti delle risorse umane e responsabili tecnici delle aziende presenti. Un format agile, diretto ed efficace che favorisce la scoperta di profili emergenti e l'adeguamento delle competenze degli studenti alle attuali esigenze del mercato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'elevato volume di partecipazione conferma una chiara tendenza: il crescente allineamento tra la formazione tecnica e la domanda reale dell'ecosistema tecnologico andaluso.
