M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las cifras, el estudio pone sobre la mesa una realidad cada vez m\u00e1s compleja para las organizaciones: la formaci\u00f3n ya no puede construirse alrededor de unos pocos contenidos comunes para toda la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La presentaci\u00f3n supone adem\u00e1s un paso relevante para Educa PHAROS en su posicionamiento como soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica orientada al desarrollo del talento empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-2026.jpg\" alt=\"barometro-2026\" class=\"wp-image-75818\" srcset=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-2026.jpg 750w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-2026-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-2026-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Naturgy, Endesa y Redeia comparten los nuevos retos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La presentaci\u00f3n del Bar\u00f3metro ha contado con una mesa redonda moderada por <strong>Pablo Ybarra, Chief B2B Officer de EDUCA EDTECH Group<\/strong>, en la que participaron <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Ausin<\/strong>, responsable de Universidad Corporativa en Naturgy; <strong>Mar Valiente P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, responsable de Aprendizaje en Redeia; <strong>Sim\u00f3n Acosta Nieto<\/strong>, Head of Talent Development de Endesa; y <strong>Raquel Robles Gil<\/strong>, de Structuralia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de partir de realidades empresariales diferentes, las intervenciones coincidieron en varios puntos: la necesidad de flexibilizar la forma de aprender, personalizar el acceso al conocimiento y acercar la formaci\u00f3n al momento exacto en el que cada profesional la necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Ausin puso nombre a uno de los retos actuales: la <strong>\u201cfatiga formativa\u201d<\/strong>. Su propuesta pasa por simplificar y ofrecer distintas formas de acceso al mismo conocimiento, adaptadas al contexto y al ritmo de cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mar Valiente insisti\u00f3 en que personalizar por empleado ya no basta si el aprendizaje no llega en el momento adecuado: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"<strong>No podemos seguir empe\u00f1ados en cursos de 40 horas, ni en programas a largo plazo cuando el conocimiento lo necesitas ya<\/strong>\".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sim\u00f3n Acosta, por su parte, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de encontrar un equilibrio entre autonom\u00eda y acompa\u00f1amiento: permitir que los profesionales aprendan por s\u00ed mismos, pero ofreciendo al mismo tiempo las gu\u00edas, herramientas y criterios que ordenen ese aprendizaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-structuralia.png\" alt=\"barometro-structuralia\" class=\"wp-image-75817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-structuralia.png 750w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-structuralia-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/barometro-structuralia-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">De medir horas a medir impacto real<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las conclusiones m\u00e1s claras de la conversaci\u00f3n estuvo relacionada con la forma de evaluar la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"<strong>El impacto de la formaci\u00f3n ya no se mide en horas, se mide en negocio<\/strong>\u201d, resumi\u00f3 Pablo Ybarra durante el encuentro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La afirmaci\u00f3n conecta directamente con uno de los cambios que refleja el Bar\u00f3metro: las empresas ya no buscan \u00fanicamente cubrir una agenda formativa, sino identificar qu\u00e9 capacidades necesitan, para qu\u00e9 perfiles y con qu\u00e9 impacto sobre la organizaci\u00f3n.
