Onderwijs moet flexibel, gepersonaliseerd en resultaatgericht zijn om deze transformatie te begeleiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"AI-agenten zijn al in staat om het werk van duizenden mensen te doen en zelfstandig strategische beslissingen te nemen voor bedrijven. Het is aan ons om ze in vijanden of bondgenoten te veranderen\", aldus Charlotte Piwinski, hoofd groei bij Entropia.ai, tijdens haar deelname aan het evenement \"Leap into the Future: Career Success in the Age of AI\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze bijeenkomst, gehouden in het Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec en georganiseerd door de <a href=\"https:\/\/udavinci.edu.mx\/\">Da Vinci Universiteit (UDAVINCI),<\/a> bracht meer dan 150 aanwezigen persoonlijk samen en 300 via streaming uit landen als Colombia, Peru en Ecuador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens het rapport over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2025\/\">de toekomst van werkgelegenheid 2025 van het World Economic Forum<\/a>22% van de banen zal worden be\u00efnvloed door technologische ontwrichting tegen 2030, met de creatie van 170 miljoen nieuwe banen en het verdwijnen van nog eens 92 miljoen banen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerardo Hern\u00e1ndez, journalist en LinkedIn TopVoice over menselijk talent, waarschuwde: \"Mechanische jobs, met repetitieve handelingen en die geen kritisch denken vereisen, zullen als eerste verdwijnen, maar er zullen ook andere jobs bijkomen die we ons vandaag nog niet eens kunnen voorstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar in een context zoals in Mexico - waar werknemers te maken hebben met lage lonen en weinig vakantie - is het implementeren van een cultuur van levenslang leren een echte uitdaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernando Osnaya, Country Manager van de EDUCA EDTECH Group, benadrukte dat \"het hoger onderwijs deze realiteit in Mexico en Latijns-Amerika moet begrijpen en zich moet transformeren en aanpassen als facilitator zodat bedrijven blijven groeien en werknemers niet alleen de ontwrichting van AI overleven, maar er ook hun voordeel mee doen om betere banen en welzijn te bereiken\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In deze context moet onderwijs een antwoord bieden op concrete uitdagingen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bedrijven vinden het steeds moeilijker om talent te vinden dat aan hun behoeften voldoet en worden geconfronteerd met hoge wervings- en verloopkosten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veel Mexicaanse universiteiten hebben hun academische programma's nog niet aangepast aan de markt, waardoor duizenden jongeren een diploma hebben dat niet erg toepasbaar is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De nieuwe generaties vragen om flexibelere, gepersonaliseerde class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onderwijs met een doel: de vijf pijlers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernando Osnaya identificeerde vijf essenti\u00eble kenmerken voor een opleiding die is afgestemd op de toekomst van werk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verifieerbare kwaliteit: erkende programma's, deskundige docenten en succesvolle afgestudeerden op de arbeidsmarkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI-integratie: voor gepersonaliseerd en adaptief leren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibiliteit: opties die passen in het schema van studenten die al werken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toegankelijkheid: concurrerende prijzen om onderwijs te democratiseren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuttige inhoud: gericht op de arbeidsmarkt, met een focus op technologie en sociale en emotionele intelligentie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Bedrijven hebben tegenwoordig werknemers nodig met geavanceerde technologische capaciteiten, maar ook met meer ontwikkelde menselijke vaardigheden, want dat is waar de leiders worden gevormd die moeilijke tijden weten te overwinnen,\" zegt Leticia P\u00e9rez, manager van Interne Communicatie bij El Puerto de Liverpool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyz Escalante, skills transformation consultant en LinkedIn TopVoice, voegde hieraan toe: \"Je kunt in geen enkele organisatie goed presterende teams cre\u00ebren als je niet proactief zorgt voor hun fysieke, emotionele en mentale gezondheid\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijdens het evenement vatte Victor Manuel Cab, vice-rector van UDAVINCI in Mexico, de geest van de bijeenkomst samen met een sleutelzin: \"Succes in het tijdperk van AI is niet voor degenen die alles weten, maar voor degenen die bereid zijn om voortdurend te leren\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernando Osnaya concludeerde tot slot optimistisch: \"Hoewel AI ons voor grote uitdagingen stelt, kunnen de voordelen en kansen die
