Durante tr\u00eas horas, estudantes e diplomados da forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e da universidade realizaram um <strong>mais de 1000 entrevistas r\u00e1pidas<\/strong> em formato <em>encontros r\u00e1pidos<\/em> profissionais, consolidando este encontro como um dos eventos mais importantes para a atra\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organizado pelo <strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o AI Granada<\/strong>junto ao <strong>Universidade de Granada<\/strong>a <strong>Funda\u00e7\u00e3o PTS Granada<\/strong>a <strong>C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio de Granada<\/strong> e o <strong>C\u00edrculo tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong>O evento fez parte do programa oficial do congresso promovido pelo <strong>Ag\u00eancia Digital da Andaluzia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grupo EDUCA EDTECH<\/strong> participou ao lado das principais empresas e corpora\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas da cidade, refor\u00e7ando o seu papel como agente-chave na liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/pt\/noticias\/a-fundacao-educa-edtech-apresenta-o-seu-livro-branco\/\">forma\u00e7\u00e3o, tecnologia e empregabilidade<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Um encontro que aproxima a educa\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades reais do sector tecnol\u00f3gico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao longo do dia, os participantes passaram por entrevistas consecutivas de cinco minutos com profissionais de recursos humanos e diretores t\u00e9cnicos das empresas participantes. Um formato \u00e1gil, direto e eficaz que favorece a descoberta de perfis emergentes e o ajuste entre as compet\u00eancias dos alunos e as exig\u00eancias actuais do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O elevado volume de participa\u00e7\u00e3o confirma uma tend\u00eancia clara: o alinhamento crescente entre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e a procura real do ecossistema tecnol\u00f3gico andaluz.
