What will be your main duties? 🧐
- Supporting the configuration and testing of routing rules between processors in an environment sandboxdocumenting behaviour and results.
- Monitor panels of approvals, rejections and latency per provider, escalating alerts and anomalies.
- Collaborate in the documentation of payment flowsintegrated local methods and playbooks of incidents.
- Extract and consolidate data of multiple PSPs for financial and operational reporting, supporting monthly reconciliation.
- Participate in integration tests of new payment methods.
- Providing support in the investigation of transaction failurescollecting logs and diagnostics for engineering.
- Keeping the inventory of PSPs, acquirers, MIDs and monitoring thresholds.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on approval rates, conversion and costs per rule/supplier for monthly reviews.
What do we expect from you 🎓
University training in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
Advanced Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical skills and attention to detail to detect anomalies in payment metrics.
Genuine interest in fintech, digital payments and productswith motivation to learn orchestration and multiprocessor routing.
Previous experience in payments is not necessary, but previous experience is required. proactive attitude and technical curiosity.
