FUNCTIONS:

- Analysing user and business needs to define product requirements, flows and functionalities.
- Design and develop intuitive and attractive interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring visual consistency and user experience.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes that facilitate the communication of ideas and validation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, designers and other team members, learning from the design process and contributing to the continuous improvement of the product.
- Propose continuous improvements to the existing information architecture, design patterns and visual components.
- Document requirements, flows, design systems and UX decisions to ensure product consistency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Practical experience in digital interface design (web and/or mobile).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices.
- Ability to translate business and user needs into clear flows and designs.
- Proactive, collaborative and user-oriented attitude.
- Organisation, attention to detail and a great desire to learn and develop professionally.

We will assess:

- Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Understanding components, inheritance and version control.
- Creative mindset with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.
- Experience with UI component design and documentation systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
