- Call management (incoming and outgoing) focused on training counselling.
- Resolve queries and problems in an effective and timely manner, always maintaining a friendly and empathetic attitude.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve set targets.
- Follow up on requests from potential students via telephone or email.
- To guide and orientate students from a professional and personalised perspective so that they can achieve a training that is beneficial for their future.
You are IDEAL if you have... 🔍
- High communication skills (oral and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Ease of use of computer hardware and software, as all work is carried out through these.
