Roles to be filled?

Qualify leads to assess their level of interest and financial capacity.
To understand the prospective student’s professional and academic needs.
Carry out proactive follow-up from the first point of contact through to enrolment.
Handling objections (price, time, method).
Close sales whilst meeting set targets.
Recommend the appropriate programme in line with your objectives.
Explain the programme’s unique benefits (prestige, online delivery, tutoring, AI on campus, funding).

Skills required for the role:

Clear and persuasive communication, both oral and written.
Active listening to understand the prospect’s motivations and barriers.
Use of CRM for tracking and recording interactions.
Expertise in video-calling platforms and automation tools.
