What will be your main functions as PAID MEDIA? 🧐
- Management and optimisation of Social Ads campaigns: Plan, configure and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads and other social platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), applying advanced segmentation, Conversion API and dynamic retargeting.
- Metrics analysis and reporting: Monitor key indicators (CPL, ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversions), generate regular reports and propose data-driven improvement actions.
- Continuous optimisation: Implement A/B testing, automated rules and scaling strategies to maximise the profitability and efficiency of campaigns.
- Interdepartmental coordination: Collaborate with the Content, Design, SEO, Sales and Student Services teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and recruitment objectives.
- Innovation and leadership in Paid Media: Introduce automation methodologies, AI ad personalisation and explore new advertising opportunities, ensuring the department stays ahead of the curve.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- Training: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communication or similar.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years managing Social Ads campaigns, especially in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience in CPL optimisation and multichannel campaign scaling.
- Technical capabilities:
- Advanced mastery of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of API Conversion, post-iOS14, multi-touch attribution and embedded analytics.
- Management of retargeting, A/B testing and audience configuration.
- Personal competences:
- High analytical skills and results orientation.
- Creativity to generate innovative strategies.
- Proactivity, autonomy and leadership skills.
- Communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
VALUABLE:
- Official certifications in Meta Blueprint (Media Buying / Media Planning).
- Knowledge of automation tools (Revealbot, AdEspresso, etc.).
- Experience in advanced remarketing and dynamic personalisation.
- Familiarity with the use of AI applied to digital advertising (predictive targeting, creative generation, algorithmic optimisation).
- Experience in integrating campaigns with CRM and marketing automation tools.
