- The implementation of emerging technologies implies a labour transformation that directly affects companies and workers.
The CEUPE International Weekone of the most renowned business schools of EDUCA EDTECH Group, has finished its last edition in Madrid with a resounding success. More than 300 attendees have come together at this educational event that has established itself as an international benchmark in the field of postgraduate education. For a full week, Madrid's Espacio Pablo VI hosted a high-impact academic programme, which combined specialised training through lectures and round tables, with cultural experiences and unique networking opportunities.
The event brought together leading experts and professionals in nine keynote speeches, three round tables and multiple activities organised by the city. The topics covered ranged from business sustainability to transformational leadership, artificial intelligence, the internationalisation of business and well-being in the workplace.

Professionals such as Nimrod Puente, Jorge Guillén, Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Rafael Carrasco, Alfonso Basco, María Teresa Vila, David Martínez, Francisco Santos and Víctor Magariño, among others, all of them with outstanding careers in key sectors such as innovation, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship and talent development, participated in these talks.
"This International Week has been a reflection of the practical, global and transformative training model and of the new educational needs of both companies and new generations," said Gonzalo Zapero, one of the heads of CEUPE.
The event concluded with a motivational speech by members of the board of the educational institution, such as Francisco Lamamie de Clairac. The co-founder and business developer of CEUPE spoke of hope, of courage, in a profoundly emotional plea that linked Spain with each of the countries of Latin America represented at the International Week.
"We are the professionals who will change the economy, business and society. Here we are gathered the souls who will fill Latin America and the whole world with hope," Lamamie said.
Beyond its training proposal, the International Week in Madrid has become an experiential experience that represents the end of a comprehensive educational experience, which goes beyond the acquisition of knowledge and focuses on the development of key skills for a professional world in constant transformation in which emerging technologies have become key, but soft skills are also increasingly present in the selection processes.
With initiatives like this, CEUPE reaffirms its commitment to a transformative education, student-centred and connected to the needs of the global market. A model that EDUCA EDTECH Group continues to expand, convinced that education is the main force for change in the world.
EDUCA EDTECH Group projects the new work ecosystem
The new generations have other priorities, another way of understanding the world, and companies that are unable to adapt to this reality have a lot of work to do in terms of human resources. During this conference, participants discussed how to address this problem, how technology is changing the way we work and what needs it is creating in the business world, without forgetting which professions are emerging and how existing ones are changing.
Moreover, in a country like Spain, it was necessary to talk about entrepreneurship, talent retention and mutual expectations, some of the major issues at the business level in our country. As Rafael García-Parrado, CEO of EDUCA EDTECH Group, said in this week dedicated to students:
"The aim is to generate experiences that make a difference and that are useful for the job choice that will take place in the short term.
