Are you passionate about data analytics applied to finance? Do you have experience in BI and transforming financial information into strategic value?
In EDUCA EDTECH Groupa leading group in digital educational solutions, we are looking for a Data and BI Analyst with specialisation in Finance to join our finance team and help us drive the company's profitability and efficiency through data analytics.
💼 What will you do?
- Design, develop and maintain financial dashboards in Power BI for monitoring key KPIs (EBITDA, margins, cash flow, etc.).
- Develop models of forecastingThe project will also include budget variance analysis and financial scenarios.
- In-depth analysis of the financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Automate and optimise financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closing.
- Create applications with Power Apps to streamline processes in the finance department (approval of expenditure, budget requests, investment tracking).
- Perform profitability analysis by business line, product or customer.
- Work directly with the teams of Accounting, Management Control and Treasury to understand their needs and provide high-impact analytical solutions.
- Present analysis and strategic recommendations to financial and general management.
What do we expect from you?
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar quantitative field.
- Demonstrable experience as Financial Analyst, Controller or in a role of BI within a finance department.
- Advanced mastery of Power BIincluding use of DAX for complex financial metrics.
- Solid experience in the development of applications with Power Apps applied to financial processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience extracting data from systems ERP (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.).
- A sound understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance.
- Excellent skills for model data and communicate complex findings in a clear way.
The following would be an asset:
- Knowledge of Power Automate for the automation of financial flows.
- Experience in cost modelling and business valuation.
- Knowledge of Python or R for financial predictive analytics.
- Certifications in Power BI or in financial analysis (e.g. CFA).
