One of our subsidiaries in Madrid is looking for an Account Executive for the education sector. 

What will be your main tasks at Capman? 🧐 

• Manage and expand the portfolio of clients in the education sector, detecting opportunities and offering customised solutions. 

• Plan and execute a commercial strategy oriented to volume, mix and profitability objectives. 

• Actively prospecting to identify new educational clients and key contacts. 

• Negotiate with educational partners (general management, teachers, administration). 

• Making presentations, proposals and following up on sales opportunities. 

• Reporting commercial activity and results through CRM tools and internal systems. 

• Ensure an excellent customer experience, transmitting the image and values of the Brand. 

What do we expect from you? 

• At least 2 years of experience as a commercial / account executive. 

• You are organised and can manage several priorities without losing focus. 

• You have the ability to deal with people, building bridges of communication and trust. 

• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where you can learn something new every day. 

• You have a resolute and proactive attitude to any problem. 

• You have previous experience in similar tasks or a willingness to learn quickly. 

• You have knowledge of Office 365, CRM and English, as well as communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Attendance and availability to travel.
