Event Coordinator
What will be your main duties? 🧐
- Strategic planning: Define objectives, timeline, budget and communication strategy for each event.
- Supplier and logistics management: Coordinate venues, technical equipment, catering, transport, accommodation and other logistical needs for face-to-face events.
- Execution of online events: In close collaboration with Innova Studios, coordinate the configuration and management of digital platforms for webinars, virtual conferences and hybrid events.
- Public relations: Contact and management of teachers, students, alumni, tutors, academic collaborators, professionals, collaborating companies, cultural centres, associations, speakers, sponsors and collaborators.
- Customer service and user experience: Guarantee personalised attention to attendees before, during and after the event.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement: Analyse success metrics, satisfaction surveys and post-event reports to optimise future editions.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination and organisation.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Creativity, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of event management tools and digital platforms.
- Proactive, dynamic and resolute attitude for the improvement of processes.
VALUABLE:
- Training in Events Organisation, Communication, Marketing or similar.
- Experience in academic, cultural or corporate events.
- Level C1 English.
