What will you do in this role?

As part of our team, you will help everything run smoothly. Your responsibilities will be:

• Being a friendly and effective first contact for those who come to our reception.
• Manage orders from our websiteensuring an optimal customer experience.
• Publish exam dates on the websiteorganising access to this key information.
• Supervise English language tests with attention and rigour.
• Management of necessary purchases for our office.
• Keeping in touch with our customers either by phone or email; always with a smile (even if it is virtual).
• Providing support in resolving incidentstreating every situation with empathy and proactivity.
