Are you interested in administrative management and revenue recovery in digital educational environments? Do you have the ability to negotiate with empathy and assertiveness and are you motivated by challenging objectives? At EDUCA EDTECH Group, a leading group in digital educational solutions, we are looking for a Debt Recovery Manager to ensure the recovery of unpaid fees and the proper management of maturities.

💼 What will you do?

  • Active recovery: You will proactively manage the recovery of unpaid fees from delinquent students, prioritising conciliation and effective collection.
  • Channel dominance: You will contact learners by WhatsApp, phone call, email and through Zoho CRM, applying the most effective channel according to the case.
  • Payment and invoicing managementYou will learn and manage all the accepted payment methods (card, direct debit, transfer, gateways) and the internal invoicing system to reconcile payments and due dates.
  • Speech application and objection handling: use the recovery speech designed by the group to refute excuses or refusals and facilitate immediate payment, adapting it tactfully to each situation.
  • Registration and monitoring: You will record all interactions and agreements in Zoho, manage payment plans and handle escalations to administration where appropriate.
  • Information and improvement: you will report recovery indicators and propose improvements in processes and scripts to optimise the recovery rate.
  • Internal coordination: You will work closely with the Administration, Student Services and Finance teams in the reconciliation and management of complex cases.

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in debt collection, telephone debt collection or customer service with recovery objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and familiarity with CRMs (Zoho is an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills: being able to negotiate with firmness and empathy, manage objections and close payment agreements.
  • Results-oriented and KPI-driven (e.g. % monthly recovery, average time to collection, rate of completed agreements).
  • Organisation and autonomy to manage a caseload, prioritise and maintain effective follow-up.
  • Resilience and frustration tolerance in contexts of rejection, always maintaining respect and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in the education sector or in companies with a high volume of users/clients is a plus.
