- University degree, preferably in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social sciences or related areas.
- Previous experience in academic coordination o leadership of educational teams.
- A sound knowledge of tutoring, academic planning and improvement of the student experience.
- Organisational, communication and communication skills collaborative leadership.
- Ability to manage strategic projects, make structural decisions and propose pedagogical improvements.
- Experience in the design and implementation of innovative pedagogical strategies.
- Planning, organising and managing strategic projects in coordination with the Directorate and other Coordination profiles.
- Coordinate the assigned area of knowledge, ensuring quality attention to students and efficient tutoring within the established deadlines.
- Propose improvements in academic processes to optimise the student experience and reduce response times.
- Participate in decisions on the structure of the team (incorporations, enlargements, closures, etc.) in collaboration with management.
- Design contingency plans that anticipate risks in tutoring and academic planning.
- Promote improvement plans and new academic projects.
- Communicating key information to the team, gathering their needs and channelling them into decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and methodological updating sessions, especially with SALES teams.
