Responsibilities 💼

• Manage job vacancies and work experience placements.

• Attract and retain partner companies.

• Keep track of candidates, students and companies.

• Provide advice on employability and career development.

• To coordinate academic and extracurricular work experience programmes.

• Take part in events, initiatives and employability projects.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have… 🔍

• Experience in career guidance, human resources, recruitment or job placement.

• Communication skills and the ability to liaise with companies and candidates.

• Ability to organise and manage processes simultaneously.

• A people-oriented approach, with an awareness of professional development.

• Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, recruitment platforms or candidate management systems).

We will place particular emphasis on ⭐

• Experience in managing work placement agreements.

• Knowledge of the educational sector or EdTech.

• Experience in employability, career guidance or HR consultancy.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments involving a high workload.

💰 Salary band

• €16,000 – €18,000 gross per annum.
