What will be your main duties?

• To oversee the accounting functions of the group’s companies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Coordinate the local accounting team and manage relations with accounting advisers and auditors.
• Coordinate the monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring they are correctly incorporated into the consolidated reporting.
• Monitor bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, and intercompany transactions.
• To ensure compliance with internal controls and to coordinate internal and external audits, providing the necessary supporting accounting documentation for institutional accreditations.
• To promote continuous improvement and the optimisation of financial processes.
• Prepare the Group’s consolidated financial statements on a regular basis.

What do we expect from you?

• A degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or a similar subject.
• At least 3–4 years’ experience in roles as a Head of Accounting or in auditing.
• Experience in international settings.
• Analytical, organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• A sound knowledge of financial consolidation.
