Responsibilities 💻

Manage and supervise the team FUNDAE managers: day-to-day leadership, monitoring needs and supporting each individual’s professional development.
Define and implement strategic sales KPIs for the Continuing Professional Development department, ensuring that it is monitored and that requirements are met.
Implement and coordinate the commercial action plan of the team, ensuring that objectives are met and that the team remains aligned with the group’s strategy.
To promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying operational inefficiencies and leading initiatives that bring real value to the team and the business.

You’re the PERFECT candidate if you have… 🔍

Previous experience in managing sales teams, preferably in the subsidised training sector or FUNDAE.
Understanding of how the Continuing Professional Development scheme and the FUNDAE grant system work.
Analytical skills and a results-oriented approach: comfortable working with metrics, targets and action plans.
Leadership, communication and people management skills.
A proactive individual with initiative and the ability to make decisions in dynamic environments.
