Responsibilities 💻

Call management (outgoing and incoming calls).
To proactively reach out to our community of current and former students to identify their continuing education needs.
To advise on and promote new degree programmes, programme extensions and additional academic services.
Track sales opportunities via the CRM.
Manage the finalisation of sales and the processing of payments.
Meet the monthly enrolment targets and management KPIs.

You’re the PERFECT candidate if you have… 🔍

Previous experience in telephone sales, call centres or customer service with targets.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
A focus on results and perseverance.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with computer equipment.
Experience in the education or training sector would be an advantage.
