What will be your main duties as an ESG Specialist? 🧐
- Analyse the situation with a focus on the areas of our ESG strategy and propose improvement plans.
- Calculation of corporate carbon footprint and environmental audits.
- Prepare and monitor ESG reports according to relevant international standards and frameworks.
- Collect, analyse and verify the data and indicators necessary for accurate and timely ESG reporting.
- Follow up and ensure compliance with the improvement measures in the group's ESG strategy.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to collect relevant information and ensure consistency in data.
- Ensure updates on emerging ESG trends and recommendations for continuous improvement to strengthen the ESG strategy.
- Participate in the assessment of ESG-related risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
What do we expect from you?
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Environment and some specialisation in Sustainability or related fields.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in ESG management and reporting (environment and sustainable development, social management and corporate social responsibility and governance).
- Experience in ISO certification management (Quality, Environment and Information Security) is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and present data in a clear, visual and concise manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, dynamic and resolute attitude for the improvement of processes.
