EDUCA CV Check Week reaches more than 600 registrants  

  • The free, online 100% initiative, held from 23-27 February 2026, brought together participants from 47 countries and consolidated the community's interest in practical employability tools. Designed and coordinated by the Group's Employment and Internships Department, the EDUCA CV Check Week combined downloadable resources, training and personalised advice to review, optimise and strengthen the professional profile of the Group's students.

The CV page is sometimes too much like a decision: what do I leave out, how do I tell what I know how to do, why doesn't my experience "sound" as it should? With this idea in mind, the EDUCA CV Check Weeka day online and free of charge which was held from 23 to 27 February 2026.

Driven as second milestone after the I EDUCA Talent DayThe initiative was conceived as a intensive employability and career guidance workshops developed during five dayswith a clear objective: to offer active students and graduates practical support to improve their employability.

Employability, step-by-step, over five days

The EDUCA CV Check Week combined career guidance, CV review and optimisation, active job search strategies and internships, professional skills development y free and practical resourceswith a proposal designed to work on the profile progressively.

A format designed for "doing", not just listening

The programme was structured in a simple itinerary, with a very down-to-earth focus on applicable tools from day one:

  • Monday 23rd : Round table: "CVs that open doors".: keys to improve your CV and stand out in the selection process.
  • Tuesday 24 - Practical resources for your CVDownloadable materials to optimise your CV and digital profile.
  • Wednesday 25 | Training to strengthen your CVOnline training focused on profile enhancement and employability.
  • Thursday 26th : Employability MasterclassKey skills to prepare for new opportunities.
  • Friday 27th - Final resources and next stepsPractical guidelines for active search and closure.

In addition, throughout the week free personalised advicewith 15-minute individual sessions to review the CV together with the team.

Results: international reach and very clear demand

The stock closed with 631 registered persons from 47 countrieswith a strong presence of Latin American profiles. In terms of content consumption, the following were recorded hundreds of accumulated views and agendas were set 60 personalised tutorials (a 8,4% of those registered).

Among the main lessons learned, he highlighted the predominance of current student body (89%)This reinforces the value of this type of initiative as a lever for engagement and real support. We also detected a high demand for advice on optimising LinkedIn and to receive career guidance.

Beyond the live event, the EDUCA CV Check Week generated pieces designed to last and continue to be useful: from content centred on key skills to improve employability to materials explaining the focus of the initiative such as a week for review, optimise and strengthen the professional profilein line with its original approach.
