Leadership with impact: talent and the future at 8M

  • EDUCA EDTECH Group commemorates International Women's Day with a round table focused on sustainable leadership, co-responsibility and internal talent.

On 6 March, the EDUCA EDTECH building hosted the event "Leadership with impact: talent, co-responsibility and future".The event turned 8M into a space for professional reflection on the leadership model that the organisation wants to continue to build.

The initiative brought together Jennifer Contreras Linde, Laura Rodríguez García, Cristina Bullejos Bueno, Sandra Vargas Benítez y Noelia Francisca Arco Garcíarepresentatives from different areas of the group, as well as to Anaís Hitamoderator of the event, and Viridiana LópezEDUCA EDTECH Group's CHRO, in a conversation structured around four axes: trajectory and key decisions, leadership style, sustainability and co-responsibility, and looking to the future.

This meeting had a pedagogical and strategic focus: to make internal female references visible, to professionalise the conversation on leadership and to reinforce a business culture where talent is the real engine for growth.

Leading with coherence and determination

One of the central issues of the event revolved around what it means to lead in today's evolving organisation.

For Sandra Vargas Benítezwhose growth within the company has been marked by the progressive assumption of responsibilities, leadership is built on representation and commitment:

"Leading is taking responsibility and representing a team that drives you to improve every day. It is making decisions with judgement and sustaining them, being aware of the impact they have on people. Leadership is not imposed, it is built with coherence, cooperation and daily example".

His speech underlined that today's leadership requires strategic vision, efficient energy management and the ability to integrate diverse teams. A leadership that evolves and understands that professional success must be sustainable over time.

Security, preparedness and co-responsibility

In the final block, focusing on the new generations and the future of leadership, the conversation turned to the advice they would offer to those aspiring to greater responsibilities.

Jennifer Contreras Linde conveyed a clear message, based on professional preparation and confidence:

"Security comes from constant work, planning and a thorough knowledge of what you manage. When you master your area and act with judgement, leadership becomes second nature. And that doesn't depend on gender, it depends on commitment and competence".

It also addresses how diverse teams can be managed, Cristina BullejosProduct Manager, highlighted the difficult mission of getting everything moving in the same direction:

"For me, managing diversity is about alignment. I try to understand the pressure and context of each party: the urgency when I am asked for something and the real capacity when I need deliverables. That balance reduces friction and improves decisions," says Cristina. "When people understand the 'what for' and feel respected, engagement comes naturally. That's where different perspectives cease to be a complexity and become an asset."

Trust, communication and shared vision

Beyond preparation and structure, the conversation focused on two pillars that underpin any strong leadership model: communication and trust.

For Noelia Arco, Pedagogy Managerprofessional growth has been linked to a specific way of understanding team management:

"I have grown up believing in leadership based on effective communication, active listening, adaptability to change and the ability to organise with vision and trust in collective talent towards a clear objective".

In the same vein, Laura Rodríguez, Billing Support LeadHe emphasised mutual trust as an inalienable value within any organisational structure:

"I consider mutual trust a non-negotiable value. There is nothing like the peace of mind of knowing that your team will not let you down, and that they feel the same security with me. This generates commitment, not just compliance.

Both interventions reinforced a transversal idea of the event: leadership is not built on hierarchy, but on professional relationships based on security, co-responsibility and shared purpose.

Talent and vision

The event, promoted together with EDUCA EDTECH Foundationreinforced a number of strategic messages: leadership evolves, professional success must be sustainable, co-responsibility improves results and the female talent is a key player in the group's growth strategy.

With this commemoration of 8MEDUCA EDTECH Group consolidates its commitment to flexible, demanding and talent development oriented environments. A vision in which equality is not a one-off action, but part of a business culture that wants to continue advancing with determination, coherence and a long-term view.
