Responsibilities 💻

1.Prospecting and Lead Identification:

• Research and segment the market to identify potential companies that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Update and maintain a database of leads.

2. Contact and Appointments:

• Make phone calls and send emails to contact decision-makers within the target companies.
• Briefly present the company's products or services to generate interest.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings between the sales team and prospects, ensuring that both parties are well informed and prepared.

Monitoring and Relationship Management:

• Follow up on leads contacted to maintain interest until an appointment is made.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the appointment to the next stage of the sales process.

4. Record keeping:

• Record all call activities and results in the company's CRM.
• Report regularly on the status of the appointments made and the quality of the leads generated.

You are IDEAL if you have... 🔍

• Experience: Previous experience in similar roles of arranging visits or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to capture attention and generate interest in telephone conversations.
• Results-orientation: Ability to work to specific objectives and meet targets for appointments and quality of leads.
• Handling of tools: Experience in the use of CRM and other contact management tools.
