What will be your main duties as a CRO Specialist? 🧐
- Design, implement and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve the effectiveness of our websites and educational platforms.
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas for optimisation in the conversion funnel.
- Work closely with marketing, design and development teams to execute A/B testing, multivariate analysis and other CRO initiatives.
- Research and propose new tools and techniques to continuously improve conversion performance.
- Follow market trends and best practices in CRO to stay at the forefront of the industry.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- Demonstrable previous experience in a similar conversion rate optimisation (CRO) role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
