What will be your main functions as Risk and Recovery Manager? 🧐
- Management and leadership of the Risk and Recoveries team, coordination, supervision and good performance of the department's activities.
- Design and optimisation of processes, defining, maintaining and creating new processes to meet objectives.
- Integration of risk management into the business strategy, aligning it with established objectives.
- Development and implementation of new recovery strategies
- Preparation of collection reports on the status of the team's performance and collection capacity.
- Responsible for providing quality in the collection service, coordinating and monitoring the collection management policy.
- Study and financial and solvency analysis of customers, through information available from external companies, contact with the sales network.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- Related training and 5 years of work experience in the field offered.
- 3 years of experience in managing similar teams.
- Excellent analytical, team management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team, in an organised, thorough and time-bound manner.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and recovery tools.
