What will be your main duties as Senior Human Resources? 🧐
- Management and administrative review of company personnel, ensuring that the necessary information and documentation is available in the company's database.
- Daily personnel management and resolution of daily queries.
- Collaboration with the labour department to follow up on documentation and labour needs.
- Follow-up and support regarding the Offboarding process of workers in the company.
- Follow-up and support in the evaluation of workers' performance.
- Extraction of data for cost strategies and reporting.
- APT Job Update Plans.
- Assistance in specific recruitment processes.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- At least 3 years' experience in generalist HR positions.
- Training in Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
- Leadership and influence, as well as creativity and innovation.
- Use of tools for the organisation and analysis of results.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
VALUABLE
- Master's Degree in HR and People Management.
- Experience in HR teams with international locations.
- High level of English.
