What will be your main tasks as Social Media Manager? 🧐
- Management of social networks. Creation and monitoring of the publication plan on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok and Youtube (profiles and content in Spanish and English).
- Active listening to the community to extract ideas for content.
- Audit, strategy and definition of Paid Social campaigns: Meta, Linkedin Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Daily monitoring of the results of lead generation campaigns.
- Develop plan for Youtube channel and Google My Business.
- Active participation in videos and webinars to humanise social media content.
- Control, reporting and monitoring of web analytics and campaign results. Creation of reports and monitoring of KPIs.
- Collaboration with Inbound Marketing and email marketing strategy.
- Community Manager functions.
- Agency relationship management.
What do we expect from you 💪?
- Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in digital marketing and/or social media.
- More than 3 years of experience working on B2C digital marketing and advertising projects. Experience in the education sector is desirable.
- English level B2/Intermediate.
- Mastering the current situation of the different social networks and having a clear focus on performance marketing.
- Excellent command of SEO and Copywriting.
- Proficient in Google Ads. Valuable certification in force.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar.
- Expertise are software such as: Metricool, Canva, Trello, Teams, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.
