The Chief Human Resources Officer of the group, Viridiana López Rodríguez opens the doors of this particular laboratory to find out how he manages to get employees to identify with the group and its values.

Behind this virtual assistant is an entire human resources team with a strong commitment to making Eddy that friendly and approachable character who responds to employees' questions and concerns.
